Once we are confident the money belongs to you, we waste no time in trying to get in contact with you. You are then informed that we located funds that we believe belong to you or maybe someone in your family.
Given we have agreed on the underline terms, the next step we take is the immediate effort to move the process along. First we will set up a location where you can meet with our agent. The agent will have the, Contingency Agreement Form from, which ever agency in question, and Notary Form. These forms are to be signed ASAP. The documents will confirm our agreement to act as your agent, and co-work with the listed agencies on your behalf.
The notary form will explain the terms of agreement, the service, amount of your claim, the amount of the funds and what agency it being held, YFU works on a contingency basis, we are proud to offer service at no expense to you. We pay for all the upfront expenses to manage the claim to it completion in ample time.
After meeting with you and all the paperwork has been reviewed, agree on, sign and returned back to the office; then we will start processing your claim. It is our practice to complete the process in two to three weeks, maybe even sooner if possible. Then, thirty days after the claim is approved, we disburse the funds to you via overnight mail.
